Appointment Check-in

New Clients should arrive 15 minutes prior to schedules time to complete client profile form. A completed profile form is necessary so we can provide you with the individualized service you deserve and expect.

Returning Clients should arrive 5 minutes prior to scheduled appointment for assessment of any changes that may need to be applied to your client profile form.


Late Arrivals

Appointment times are reserved especially for you!. Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that we can provide you with  the extraordinary service and professionalism we are committed to. We understand unforeseen incidents occur, however, your service will end at the time of your originally schedules appointment. Full payment for service will be applied.


A late arrival of 15 minutes or more may need to be re-scheduled.



Please be respectful of our time as well as other clients. Your intended appointment time could have been utilized by another client. This is why we strictly enforce a 24 hour appointment change or cancellation notice.

Any appointment changes or cancellations without a 24 hour notice will be charged a full service charge. Clients who abuse this policy will need to prepay all future appointments.


Clients with a no-show appointment will need to prepay all future appointments and payment will be forfeited if they no-show, cancel or reschedule the prepaid appointment.


A cancellation within one hour of the schedules appointment, or an appointment canceled after the scheduled time will be considered a no-show.

A fee of $25 or $50 will be applied depending on the style. 


Gift Certificates

Gift certificates may be redeemed for original priced services or products only.


Gift certificates may not be used in conjunction with any advertised, discounted or monthly special.

There are absolutely no refunds on gift certificates.

Late arrivals and no-shows will forfeit the full amount normally charged for the scheduled appointment.

Online Booking 

Q - How are the deposits processed? 

A - The deposits are retained by Phorest (or online booking service) to cover the costs of keeping client details secure. 

Q - Why does Phorest charge an online booking fee?

A - As with any payment processor, a fee is taken as of the costs to run their services. This covers storage of credit card details securely, payment transactions, legal necessities (licensing etc) as well as developing and maintaining the systems to ensure the payment process is easy for you and your clients.

Q - What if I want to cancel my appointment? Will I get my deposit back?

Clients who cancel an appointment online lose their deposit. If the cancellation is done by the salon, the client is credited the deposit amount to their online account for future use. It is automatically put against their next appointment booked online.

Q - What if I reschedule my appointment? What happens to the deposit?

A - The deposit is retained on your account for the next appointment. If the appointment is made and the client attends the deposit is then retained by Phorest.

Q - What happens when I don't show up? 

A - We will charge the no show fee ($25) directly off the stored payment method. O
